The Reiki treatments I am offering help to: heal, release, rebalance, revitalise and restore. Each treatment lasts between 1-2 hours, including a consultation. Reiki means universal life energy! I am fully qualified and attuned to be able to channel this beautiful healing energy for you. Our bodies have awesome energy centres (chakras) that respond to Reiki and take in the energy needed to help improve well-being. This wonderful Reiki healing will help to enable physical, emotional and mental recovery. These treatments respond to what you need; clarifying, encouraging emotional release, helping to rebalance and recharge you. This modality also provides fuel and impetus for positive change through life challenges. The consultation time prior to treatment helps you to hear what is needed and direct the healing energies.
