My Story so far..
I am a reiki practitioner and energy healer, artist and teacher, with many years of experience and training. Initially, I came to Reiki for my own healing and support. Reiki can help with all issues as it's a holistic energy that focuses on what's needed! Personally, I found that having treatments has helped me through many health and wellbeing challenges, usually expressed as physical, emotional and mind based problems. A few major issues that Reiki has transformed my ability to respond to are: releasing anxiety, processing grief, learning from stress, overcoming confidence issues, and also how to replenish my energy for renewal with physical and spiritual alignment!
From 2009, I started doing Reiki and energy healing courses with Chris Massey at Beyond Reiki. He is an awesome teacher and healer, now based in Andover. I have earnt my place as part of The Golden Reiki Way Lineage that our school of training belongs to. I am proud that our lineage is rooted in Japan and the Dr. Usui Tradition of Natural Healing. This means that the Reiki I am able to deliver is grounded and safe!
